Given this the lowest possible for this reason:
As many reviewers have said, this isn't a hotel - once you book, you will get an email asking to communicate via WhatsApp Only and that the front desk will only give out keys, nothing else, so all questions must be sent to that WhatsApp... OK, so I sent them copies of our passports 3 days before check in, they confirm receipt, they day of check in we get there, fill out forms, get bracelets, keys (front desk contacts them and then we all wait for the owner to approve check in) - took a few minutes, but overall OK. WhatApp also texts me "welcome". Fine.
We go to the room and it's not what the pictures here show - we booked junior suite with sofa (which I needed to sit with laptop for work, and was specifically looking for room with sofa when booking). The room had no sofa, just a tiny chair.
So I send a message to the owner on that WhatApp number and... Tada... Of course no more response for two days. They send me back an answer one hour before my check out saying "yes, you booked a room with sofa". Wow, so helpful, thank you, I knew that and raised that question when I got the wrong room.
I was only there for two days so I decided not to make a huge deal out of it, but for that I am writing this to caution people - - Please beware before you book here, you will have to solve your questions via a WhatApp messenger and it's up to them to respond to you or not.
