Great hotel
Overall amazing hotel but I will start with bad things I stayed 8 nights they upgraded me with terrace with 4 walls no view at all I was expecting nice upgrade like other hotels when u stay 8 nights Last 3 nights there was construction noise from 9 morning till 5 pm couldn't sleep nor take a nap the receptionist didn't believe me till I recorded the noise with videos after that they offered me another room with better view but it was too late I had one night remaining so I refused The pools are so nice but there is no sun from 3pm and above so if u want enjoy the sun go from 10 am till 3pm Standard rooms are without sofa they put 2 single armchair instead which is bad u can't relax only on ur bed TV not smart can't connect ur mobile to watch movies or YouTube Food in the pool is average The good things about this hotel is Room is nice decorated with nice bathrooms and Versace aminities Valet people are fast Pool people are fast and got nice drinks and coconuts Nice dj near the adult pool every day Receptionist are respectful Gym was good and 24 hours Room service fast and got delicious food Location is good House keeping were excellent no mistakes Coffe machine in the room
