let me just tell you,honestly, that the room we got was a 3bedroom apartment and it was clean and very spacious , however, the ac was not working as well as there is no dial tone for all the phones.The water from the faucet also was yellow from the first minute you open. We had to call the front desk of the hotel using their landline. They send us maintenance after 30mins for the ac but for the phone, they said it should be with the IT dept hence, it was not fixed. Second, they have a very,very bad customer service. Especially, the one we encountered , Mr. Jalad, as I remembered. We experienced racial descrimination , as well as the way he handled our problem was very rude. Telling us that , he can cancel our reservation if he wanted to and he don't have any problem since i booked only in hotels.com and not directly from them. Hotels.com will refund and not them. He told I should read all the guidelines first before booking. Which I did showed him all the guidelines from hotels.com. and he showed me all their guidelines. I even suggested that they should also put their guidelines in hotels.com so we can read immediately. I respect all the rules and policies of the hotel and if we were wrong , he should tell us politely, he just made our trip horrible from the beginning and spoiled our night. I hope this hotel will enhanced their customer service. I do not recommend and will not come to this hotel anymore.
