Excellent for Families
Overall, this place was great. The hotel has all the amenities and comfort you could want, a great pool, great breakfast bar and ample elbow room. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Two issues rub: the hotel is weirdly placed and there is not obvious sign for where the entrance is. This is only important when first finding the hotel. The other issue is more serious and that is the charge for parking. I think the over $20/night fee is high and should be revealed prior to coming. Some of us do- or have to- budget for these trips

I recently stayed at Homewood Suites Orlando Theme Parks, and my experience was disappointing. While the staff was friendly and accommodating, there were multiple issues that made the stay far from enjoyable. I booked a top-floor room at $200 a night, expecting a certain level of quality, but it definitely was not worth the price. Throughout my four-day stay, I had to request towels and toilet paper three separate times, which was frustrating. The room had an odd, unpleasant smell—almost like an old urine odor—that lingered the entire stay. The walls were visibly dirty, and most of the dresser drawers were broken, so we couldn’t even store our belongings properly. I appreciate the friendliness of the staff, but overall, the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall quality of the room fell far below my expectations. I would not recommend staying here, and wont be back.

Very nice rooms, clean and in very good condition. The service was great too. The pool was nice also, even if we just used it ones in the evening. I didn't use the shuttle because it was leaving way too late and only bringing to one point in Disney. It was too complicated and not useful for someone who wants to spend all day in the park. The breakfast was amazing the first two days and then something changed and the choices were very little. The eggs were discussing one morning. At the end of our week the food became ok again.

Amazing Hotel Stay!!!!!
Amazing hotel! Great location to Sea World and only about 10 miles from the other Disney Parks… Hotel rooms were very spacious… very luxurious for the price! I won’t go anywhere else when going back to Orlando. Breakfast was great… huge selection of hot and cold foods, the pool and outdoor space was so nice, especially the fire pit. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a free shuttle from hotel to the parks.

Paid for a king suite arrived at 8pm to being told they no longer have king rooms available that day. Moved to two full size beds which was an inconvenience for my husband and I's anniversary. Also after arriving to room both TVs were not working. Called down to front desk and was told cable had been out since 10/18 over 10 days prior to our arrival. I require TV to sleep so it was a long restless night. Parking was extremely expensive

Hotel room was fantastic - clean, spacious one bedroom with separate living room and kitchenette. There was a slight musty odor... They might need to change the ac filters? Decent selection at breakfast, though I wish there had been more fresh fruit available. Overall, great value for the price. The public transit outside is atrocious. I had planned to use the Green line trolley to go to a conference, but it was so late that I waited hours and missed several sessions. If you have a car or use Uber, you'll be fine. Don't rely on the Green trolley or you'll never get anywhere.

Poor experience Hilton Orlando
Took over 2 hours in and out to fix broken toliet vs moving us into another room that we had just been assigned. We hadn't even removed our belongings from the cart. I heard the toliet running when we entered the room. I called the front desk and no one answered. I had to walk to the desk from the 4th floor since no one answered the phone. I spoke to Xavier in person to inform him of the issue. A maintenance person came with me to the room. He had to get another man to help him when he could not fix the toliet. Toliet was clogged. We were told the water would fill up slowly when they "fixed it". We used the toliet and discovered it would not flush at ALL. I called the front desk again amd spoke with Xavier again. He said he was sending someone immediately. Mean while, we are spending our VACATION time trying to FIX an issue with the room your employee asigned to us and his INABILITY TO GIVE BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCH AS RUNNING TOILET IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. Xavier claimed they had no more rooms yet the parking lot was not even halfway full. I asked for a manager and was told there was no one on Sunday. I asked who was in charge and was told he was. Yet he has no authority or tools to fix my POOR SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE ON MY VACATION THAT I AM PAYING YOUR COMPANY!!! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I was informed that SPECTRUM was not working upon arrival but the internet was working - ANOTHER ISSUE. NO TV IN OUR ROOM all 3 days due to hurricane damage.
