I gave the ratings as I saw fit . Cleanliness of hotel great, however the pool was funky cloudy murky. Very in appealing, but my son sucked it up cause that was all my grandkids wanted. With CoVid the pool should have been better maintained or closed. Other than a bit of an attitude from the guy at the desk, u should really state the type of parking u have. We came with a pick up with a big cap and it would not fit in the garage you offered so my husband had to pay for 2 days off lot. It would have been nice to know ahead of time. Other then those two issues things were fine. Rooms clean breakfast decent.

“ Not so Good.” Check in was clumsy and disjointed. The hotel did not have our reservation and after that hurdle was cleared upon going to room there was pile of vomit in the hallway. The room had ground gum in the floor and was not overly clean. The bathroom had used Kleenex stuffed in the Kleenex box. Booked two nights only stayed one. I absolutely know it’s a hotel and certain things you have to put up with but barking dogs not cool.

The cleanliness of the room, especially bedding was a big issue. Dirty sheets, dirty pillow case and dirty pillows. It had to have been seen by staff as the pillow case was positioned in such a way to exposes the dirty pillow inside. Not something you normally do with a pillow case. We reported the issue and got replacement pillow cases, but not the pillow. They said they had no more pillows in the hotel. Really?? We went without using pillows. The bathroom was without toilet paper and it took 3 calls to get some to the room. Lastly, we had to call twice to get more towels. We had registered having 5 people in the room but it was only prepared for 2. Why ask us about the number of people coming if the room won't be prepared with the number of people in mind.
