"The location is perfect, walking distance to everything and quiet to sleep in. The room is very comfortable and has a sink. The bathroom is shared with (maybe) just one other room but in 3 days I never saw it busy and it was always spotless. The staff is very nice and provided great advice on the city. There are stairs (like in many places in Europe) so not ideal when carrying very heavy suitcases, but totally doable.

"I loved our stay in the hotel, me and my daughter and husband stayed 2 nights. Everyone was really friendly especially Antonella she was amazing and one of the other ladies in the reception that helped us with some tourist attraction to visit!

"On outskirts of town - (so outside ZTL zone) - good bus service though will get you to most places you’ll want to visit. On site parking is a bit steep at €25 per day.

"Matteo is great! He has a wealth of knowledge about the Florence and takes the time to explain the area and sights not to miss. Room was large and comfortable. Loved that there was off street parking available (for a small fee).

"It’s only two stars so don’t expect too much. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are cozy, the air conditioning was essential on 40c days in August. It’s across the street from the river and in a pleasant residential neighborhood and a short walk from the Ponte Vecchio and the central tourist locations in Florence. Good

"The bed was comfortable although the pillows were flat and hard. Decent sized room with ensuite. Only one window shutter worked properly. There was an adjoining room door that was held closed by a fixed desk. You could hear the people next door showering. We were 2 females travelling alone so were a little uneasy about this. Shower was nice and worked well although rust/dirt marks around the shower fixings. Good location.
