Furniture getting tired, rooms and corridors not cleaned regularly, the same dirt was there on the floors for the whole week of our stay. Breakfast not up to standard, but evening meals in La Muna and Sapori were fine. Outdoor pool was great. Staff very helpful, Lena from kids club took fantastic care of our doggy taking him for long walks everyday. "

While we only stayed for one night, they treated us like royalty. From the first person we met from the hotel to the last one as we were leaving they were all very friendly and very nice. Lugano is a beautiful place and this place made it even better. "
