"Well overall the Hyatt chain is top notch so we can agree upon that. So on my last evening at the Hyatt Regency I decided to eat on the Terrace in the lounge Bar restaurant and had myself a beautiful white fish grilled to perfection and overall beautiful experience. Irving my waiter of the evening made the experience even better with his jovial personality alongside his professionalism and ability to engage and communicate in a professional improper manner was most endearing as well as a personal experience and Personal Touch to my evening with the Hyatt Regency so thank you very much Irving.
