"I'd read prior reviews about grumpy owner and what with it being end of season, they could certainly use a break themselves but thought with ultimate politeness and a smile, we might have been warmly received, i was wrong on that point. The buildings that have been updated and refurbed looked lovely but unfortunately we were in the old part which while clean, was very basic. We didn't have hot water the first few days, it went from warm to tepid to get out in a minute! After other guests left...

"Facilities were decent and our stay was mostly comfortable. Nicely situated close to many beaches and restaurants. Staff were very accommodating and always ready to help. Many families choose this place for a reason as it's kid-friendly and has a variety of things for all ages to do from mini golf to football, ping pong, basketball and a few pools for all abilities. Only down side for us was the air con not working properly in one of the bedrooms making it uncomfortable to sleep in."

"Staff (5*), Hotel (3.5*), Meals (2*) Negative start, we booked a superior double and we got a single with a small double against the wall (2nd person crawls on the bed), 1 side table, 1 coffee ☕ confirmed it was a single. Positive, Robert arranged an upgrade (extra cost). Appreciated upgrade but disappointed with the original room allocation. The staff were awesome (Stella, Joanna, Nassos and Djemalie Facilities as expected, communal toilets clean, bar was on occasion busy and pool loungers...

"This socalled 4star Hotel, is in our opinion not a 4 star. The cleaning was not very good, very dusty in the room, broken tiles in the bathroom, no changing of drinking glasses, bottom sheet didnt get changed, the floor didnt get washed all week. The area around a plug socket was broken so wires were visible. There were not many toilets in the public area for the amount of guests.
