"The front desk was gracious and allowed me to stay and waives the pet fee since I am traveling with a service animal . However , I should have stayed with the hotel I usually stay at since normally the fee is charged if no visible disability . I would have paid the fee but I was unprepared at 1 am to explain and show proof of service since normally I don’t have too , So going forward I will not stay at anyplace outside my normal . "

"Room was nice, staff was nice, very close to amusement park (a couple blks away from Frontier City Entrance). Clean decent sized rooms, microwave, fridge, coffee maker. I wish they had safes in the rooms. Also wish they had room cleaning daily but they're short staffed. Pool was nice, clean and not crowded. What I didn't like was being stared at while at the pool by people who were standing outside for hours just staring at us. Gross.
