The only problem we had was the tv in our room did not work. They did give us points for this, but should be something checked before anyone stays in a room. The traffic after 11:00 p.m. was annoying and lasted for hours and no one seemed to try to stop the loud vehicles circling the block. Noisy neighbors but that's to be expected at times. Room was great with a frig, microwave, kitchen accessories and it was large enough for the kids to have space to play. "
