"Lovely hotel and excellent staff, went out of their way to help. Of course this is Vietnam and their customs are very different. Pavements clogged with scooters for example so getting around is tricky. However we enjoyed our stay. Beautiful sunset from the restaurant and pool area. Wonderful

In data 2 marzo la compagnia aerea ci contatta e ci da la spiacevole notizia che il nostro volo dell'11 marzo è stato cancellato perché il governo Vietnamita aveva sospeso tutti i voli da e per l'Italia e quindi nuova partenza in data 4 marzo. Air port pick-up did not work, the staff did not check up if the flight was delayed (wich it was!) and left without us! After 45 min the driver came back and picked us up! Bad service! and promises more than is true
