Pool needs lots of maintenance! Rooms are still lovely and well serviced but once again maintenance is needed!
Staff are lovely but breakfast area is lacking in as much as clearing tables and filing up empty food containers! Because it's such a large hotel it's lost the personal feel!"

The location was great (close to town, right on the beach), absolutely loved the gardens and pool, the food was beautiful (great breakfast buffet with changing menu), restaurants (typical hotel/resort prices) and staff were super friendly, polite, helpful and attentive.

"Lumi is THE best hotel on Gili T. The cottage we had was amazing, great value for money and the staff were lovely.
I cannot recommend this place more. The pool is great and the whole place is clean and tidy. The food was delicious and the evening entertainment on the beach was a lovely touch.

"Perfect location for snorkeling, with lots of sea turtles in front of the hotel. You can literally spot turtles bobbing up for air from the sun loungers, and the staff member who helped with the free snorkel equipment or canoes was also very helpful in spotting them.
