"When I first entered the room I was assigned, there was a strong odor coming from the bathroom. So, I requested a room change, and the new room had no issues. I stayed for five days, and while everything was clean, the food was delicious, and the staff were always friendly, you need to keep in mind that the hotel is located right next to a main road, so the noise from the traffic can be quite loud until 10 p.m. Although the hotel might be close to famous tourist spots, it's a bit disappointing...

"This is an extraordinary hotel. My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and the Oberoi made it so special- greeting us with a bouquet of 18 red roses, sending a delicious chocolate cake - and then when we returned to our room that evening, we walked into a bathtub filled with rose petals, and petals, candles and more flowers. The food was exquisite, the service over-and-above what we could expect. The hotel made us feel like royalty. "

"It was the best service . From check in the general manager Rana was elegant and very kind. Then I went to my room and wax greeted by Lakshmi who went beyond and above in caring for me. She made sure I felt safe and comfortable and was present ea h and every day. Her cleaning team was fabulous- my room impeccable every evening when I came back. The food at breakfast was great . It’s really the staff they make this hotel so amazing. They look after your every need . "

luxury experience when visiting New Delhi. It is situated at a very convenient location with short walk or cab ride to popular tourist sights (e.g. India Gate, Humanyun's Tomb) and shopping venues (e.g. Khan Market, CP, South Extension). The rooms are very comfortable with all the expected amenities from a top hotel. The staff are incredibly helpful and polite. We ate at Machan and Varq, which were both great. We will be back. "
