"Overall this hotel was good. The staff were good especially the pool and beach people, they were amazing. The breakfast was also incredible. The main thing that let it down was the overall condition of everything. It’s just very tired in places and in much need of an update. There were bits falling off the bar roof by the pool and lots of things were broken. In our room hardly any of the light switches worked and we didn’t even want to go near the outside tub, it was just a bit grim."

luxurious places I have ever stayed and at this point in my life I don't consider anything less than 4+ stars It was impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, and very spacious. The views were stunning from every room and from our own private infinity pool. The staff was warm and welcoming. "High class hotel in a great setting overlooking the jungle and the beach. I was upgraded to a pool villa which was very nice. There is a free buggy service to move you around the complex. The layout of the site could be made easier to understand by having better marketing materials in the room. I don’t think I visited everywhere as it’s like a maze! Maybe an app would be a good idea for the hotel to consider or better signage. Other than that the staff were all really friendly. The mini bar bill...
