"It is a no frill room. It meets all your most basic requirements. Good hot water. Comfortable bed for a good night sleep. Nice breakfast and good dining on premises. Noisy outside, but with closed doors, minimal noise inside. If I am traveling alone on limited budget, I may choose this place. "
