"We arrived and the front desk manager was very friendly and helpful. He asked us what language we preferred to speak, as he was multi- lingual. He explained everything well, and the room was comfortable and modern. The front desk staff assisted us several times with calling a taxi. The buffet

had a nice selection as well."

"The checking in process was easy and they have parking. The hotel is not too far from the airport, but there is no other reason to go there. Our room was nice, but they had a different style of electrical plug that everywhere else we'd traveled in Europe. There was one of the common outlets in the bathroom though.

so can't attest to how good it is. The shower was somewhat difficult to use due to the shower head not wanting to stay still. With that said it's in a good location pretty close to a bus stop which takes ~25 minutes to get to the tourist area or a 45 minute walk mostly downhill."

"Villa Neroli exceeded our expectations. The service and cleanliness were superb. We had a very early morning flight from Florence. The hotel packed us

to go at 6:00 AM which was greatly appreciated. I have never seen other hotels do that. Very satisfied and this will be our first choice to stay if we ever visit Florence again."

"Great hotel near Florence airport for early morning flights. Tomasso was super checking us in and we received our room earlier than promised. Also “Bosa” ( that was her nickname I think) was an excellent server in the restaurant for a quick dinner for an early night.

"The hotel is right in the enter of town. It is a close walk to all the sites. The

service was excellent and offered the opportunity to enjoy coffee and

outside. The staff was incredibly helpful to me as a solo first time traveler to Italy. Victorious and Massimo were incredibly helpful as I was having great difficulty getting train tickets to Milan."
