Our daughter forgot her comfort teddy at the hotel when we left the room and both teams worked to find it and send it to us at our next destination via courrier service. She was over the moon when we received it!

"The checking in process was easy and they have parking. The hotel is not too far from the airport, but there is no other reason to go there.
Our room was nice, but they had a different style of electrical plug that everywhere else we'd traveled in Europe. There was one of the common outlets in the bathroom though.

We were on the 4th floor in a smart room. The mirror was on a side wall and not above the sink. And the blow dryer would pop out of the outlet. Very difficult to fix my hair & make up!!"
