Disappointing
The King size deluxe morphed into a 2 double beds with a shower. We had to change rooms 3 times. The property is old and dated. The room does not have sufficient sound proofing. We were woken up several times by people in the hall as well as the noise from the people in the neighboring room. Not the quality we expected from the Sheraton Brand - renamed as Marriott.

Always stay here when visiting Los Angeles
This is my goto hotel when staying in Los Angeles. Close to LAX can walk to any of the LAX terminals, the hotel provides good shuttle service. Rooms have smart tv’s which is a plus for streaming. I found the cleaning staff were very proficient in their job and always smiling when you encounter them.

Check In was a Mess!
We stayed here for one night before continuing on to Japan. I received multiple emails for me to check in on the app. I did that to save time when we arrived. Upon arrival, there was an extremely long line (roughly 30 people). They split us into 2 lines. When we were almost to the front of our line, they decided to combine everyone back into 1 line where we ended up almost at the back again. The front desk staff was rude about all of it as if we were inconveniencing them. It took us almost an hour to check in when the email said checking in early would streamline the process. It was a chaotic mess. The rooms where clean and comfortable. I wouldn't stay here again based on the check-in/ front desk process.

The room was comfortable and clean. In the website, parking is included in the amenities but that is misleading. They only have valet parking and it costs an additional $70. The shuttle service is only for taking people who are departing not to receive people arriving.

Comfortable
Our stay was for a competition and the 3 days we stayed we were very comfortable. We were in a safe area about 6 minutes from the airport. Plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. The hotel was beautiful and has a shuttle service available, that runs about every 25 minutes. Our room was very clean and had a wonderful view of the city and airplanes landing and taking off. The food in their restaurant was delicious as well as their breakfast buffet. Only downfall is that they are a bit on the pricey side. Other than that we might stay there again in the near future.
