Needed a room
We arrived at 1:30 am after a very long day and international flight. We approached the hotel doors looking for the automatic opening one but nothing opened. The Hilton staff guy was leaning on the wall inside simply watching instead of helping in any way. When my husband knocked on the glass, a man mopping opened a door for us. Exhausted we went to check in at the desk but the girl was on the computer and asked us to wait until she finished something. No other customers but we stood waiting, ready to drop. Staff did not see any importance in pleasing customers tonight.

Close to air terminals
Long line to check in when the shuttle unloaded. Staff did their best to move people through but they could use more staff to get people checked in quickly. Room is spacious and everyone was friendly. We appreciate the shuttle to hotel from the airport.
