We’ve stayed at Central Park before, it’s in such a good spot to explore London and everything you need is literally on the doorstep. The staff are always amazing, so courteous, friendly and helpful. The room this time was a bit tired but the hotel is undertaking a refit. Would highly recommend

It was a brilliant stay the only criticism as I am a large person it it would benefit them to remove the glass shower screen as this makes using the toilet difficult. (Fyi the shower and toilet are a wet room so this is possible)

Excellent Hotel and Location
This is my go-to hotel while visiting London. The beds are extremely comfortable, they have excellent walk-in showers with both a rainflow and handheld shower head. The location is superb with Hyde Park within a minutes walk and there are two Tube Staions within a few minutes walk. As well there are plenty of restaurants to choose from on Queensway. The staff are wonderful, especially Ioana who went out of her way to help me. I highly recommend this Hotel.

I liek staying here as it is good value, quiet location, near a tube and walking distance to westend. This time I was in a refurbished room with a nespresso machine too. Showers are powerful and has all you need for a short stay

Good location
The hotel was undergoing renovations which was not communicated to us before we arrived, there was a lot of work going on which was incredibly loud. Beds were comfortable but the bathroom was far too small, so small that you were not able to open the door properly or be in the bathroom with the door open. The common areas were very tired looking. However the location was great, close to both the red and yellow lines and only about 50m from the park which was lovely.

Bedbugs
The service was okay and I got my room. However 2 hours into my stay I found bedbugs in my room. I showed the hotel the evidence and they gave me a new room and upgraded me. I couldn’t find any bedbug evidence in the new room but it did ruin my stay and I didn’t sleep that well feeling like things were crawling on me.

Rooms were cleaned daily, however the windowless rooms were quite loud as you could hear the underground and the walls were extremely thin, so you could hear everything from the hallway and neighbouring rooms.
