Very good location. Staff were friendly. 5-7 minute walk to train station depending on where you are going. Breakfast was the same all 4 days we were there with slight variations but was yummy. The breakfast location is on the other APA hotel which is like 2 minutes walk. The room was small but functional and efficient. They provided us with all the amenities that we need. The room is designed well given the lack of space.

We stayed in a corner window room overlooking the river and Skytree. Great views. Room is small but very functional, very comfortable and very clean. Helpful staff at front desk (English speaking). Easy access from Narita via Ueno on the Skyliner. You can walk or train to hotel. Would stay here again.

Perfect room, perfect stay. This is a business hotel, but probably the best kind. Everything you need is there. I had a beautiful view of the river and Tokyo Skytree and my own room with a proper comfy double bed for $50/night. Amazing.

I really like that all APA properties are just about the same. There was space under the bed for luggage. The only odd thing to this property was that the toilet seat wasn’t the same size as the bowl. And toilet was a little close to the wall. Other than that. Property was conveniently located near everything I wanted. Definitely give yourself extra time if you’re doing laundry. The dryers are weak. But the tvs let you see in real time if the washers are in use.
