Pleasantly surprised!
Great stay. Wasn’t overly sure what to expect as it was a 2 star but when we got there we were pleasantly surprised. Came with free parking out the front which in the centre of Paris was a massive cost saver. Would recommend.

After 23 hours of travel we were grateful to get an early check-in on our first day. We asked ror an extra pillow each twice as the room only had two tiny flat pillows, but were told 'maybe' and then 'no'. My 'porquoi' was met with a shrug. Noisy area with trolleys rolling past our window most of the night.

Overall the stay here was "meh". It is near a lot of food options which was great and was a good walking distance between our stops. However; there is a homeless man that lives down this alley who hoops and hollers randomly at night. We had a car alarm go off 3 times the first night and once the second night. The room was ok. Some of the baseboards were just gone and there was only 2 outlets, one by the hanging TV, so bring a long charging cord. Also no extra toilet paper or any little lotion bottles or things like that. Just some small bar soap and one bodywash bottle in the shower. The shower head also didn't stay up well so I had to alternate between washing and rinsing. The room was clean, I could smell the freshly cleaned bathroom so did like that. Over all it was fine if you only stay there to sleep. If you plan on stop by your hotel throughout the day to rest I would get somewhere a bit nicer for more comfort.

The room was small, old, and not upkept well. It is located near public transportation but down what feels like an unsafe alley. I would not stay here again. Picking a hotel without AC during August was a mistake.

The location and price were great. The shower was very small and the pillows were thin and uncomfortable. The detergent they used on the bed smelled like heavy chemicals. The bed itself was not at all supportive.

I don’t think the carpet in the hallway was vacuumed in a regular basis for the 9 days we spent there

Reasonable
It's a budget hotel. Rooms are small but mine was clean, with tiny bathroom and comfortable bed. Breakfast was inexpensive but basic. A typical small continental breakfast with little choice. The location is in an alleyway off street but was concenient for metro and buses. Loads of restaurants and cafes in the area. With elegany boulevards nearby. For the price it was basic but fine.

2/10 Poor

I wouldn’t stay there again or recommend to anyone, as a solo I still paid double price, on the first night I was given a disgusting smelly small room. Not the room I had booked. I had booked six months prior and was told couldn’t swap to another room as it was all booked out. Changed rooms next day which had mouldy shower ceiling. Some staff not very good.

Excellent location but the do not disturb tag on the bedroom door means nothing. Staff still come in when you’re not there.

Great location! Just a two-minute walk to the subway station and a pleasant 20-minute stroll to the Louvre. With a Carrefour right in front of the hotel and restaurants and coffee shops scattered all around, everything you need is conveniently close by.

Where to start.. on approaching the hotel we walked past a homeless guy who had set up camp 100 yds from the hotel. Just across from the hotel , a rat ran from a doorway and into the gutter and the whole area smelled like a public toilet ( the smell of urine was really strong in areas).. The hotel itself seemed ok on arrival, concierge was pleasant and helpful. The room was functional but had no coffee making facilities in it. The duvet was sweat stained, the sheet had sticky tape marks across it & the bed was so uncomfortable I averaged four hours sleep each night , to the point where I was just glad to go home for a decent nights sleep. In the bathroom, the facia around the sink was also peeling away. On the plus side , the hotel was situated near a variety of restaurants/pubs and a short walk from the Metro underground system.
