2/10 Poor

Upon getting to the motel, I was told by reception that their system is down and for that reason have no access to purchases made online. The motel has 3 room prices, the cheapest 400 pesos (approx 22 dollars a night) a 500 pesos room which is what i had booked (approx 28 dollars a night, which is what my room was priced at before taxes) and a 600 pesos room with jacuzzi which is not what I booked. Needless to say the room was not what I had payed for online, I payed for a double bed room for a price 33.57 (with taxes) When I asked what that means, they said they had rented out all their rooms and the only room available was a room they had just started cleaning a few minutes before I arrived. It was the cheapest room for 400 pesos a night it did not have a double bed and was still dirty. I did arrive later than the check in time of 3pm however in my itinerary it was clearly stated that my room was guaranteed for late arrival. That was not the case. I had no where to stay and was forced to accept what had happened. Upon going to sleep, every room in the motel has an adjacent garage for the room. I was informed about the garage however was told that it was for my room. To my surprise I found my self waking up very startled because I had heard yelling coming from the rooms garage because someone else at around 4 am decided to park in the garage that belongs to my room and start yelling to whoever was with him. I overpayed, and received much mucho h less than what I had paid

A motel with garage. Very private
Motel has a garage with garage door. You close garage door and no one knows whom you are with. There is a door comunicating to the bedroom. At night is bery dark so again, it is for privacy. Room is ok for what you pay. There is music playing inside all the time but, has volume controll. Restroom and shower are clean. I did feel somewhat safe. I knew my car was very safe locked in the garage and my stuff inside car would be safe. I will stay again here when i am short on cash.

Affordable motel
I stayed for a week at a hotel near the US consulate and I was at the motel for 9 days in order to save money. The only draw back was the distance from the consulate and the traffic which cause me to sleep very little. All was worth it to save money, but wouldn’t recommend if I were on vacation.

Very affortabe
I dont think you can find a better hotel for this price. It had everything you need for $25us dollars. It was one of the cheapest hotels i could find. All I needed was roof over my head, bed and a shower and hotel Le baron was the perfect place for me. I was alone if you re taking your family i would stay in a better one.

2/10 Poor

Horrible Experience.
So I got to the hotel to check in and I was told they don't do reservations there. They finally got on the phone after I insisted I had made a reservation online. Finally after 10 minutes of insisting, they got on the phone and confirmed my reservation. They then went on to lead me to a room with one bed and I informed them I had reserved a room with two beds. We went back to the check in office and they confirmed that I had reserved a room with two beds. They told me they were really busy and told me to just go to room 50 and someone would go to to take me the key. We waited in the room for about 25 minutes and noone got there with our key. While there we noticed the carpet was really dirty, the room had a bad smell, the sheets and pillow covers were either very dirty or very old because they looked like they were losing there color. We drove by the check in office to see if we can get our key and noone was there. I'm not sure if this hotel has ever heard of customer service because they are terrible. I called the hotel to see if we can get a refund for my reservation since we had experienced this terrible service and I was told by the manager that they were very busy that day. How can they be so busy if more than 3/4s of the rooms were empty with the doors open. Never again will I stay at this hotel. And if you plan on booking online I would look for another hotel and save yourself the hassle of dealing with this service.

El personal del hotel es agradable; sin embargo, el paquete que contraté no fue el mismo al que me proporcionaron: tanto en la habitación como en el transporte no me dieron por lo que se pagó.
