No hay mucha hospitalidad por parte del personal de recepción, cuando realice check in esperé tiempo para que me atendieran y el trato no fue bueno. Entiendo que haya falta de personal pero deben ser más cálidos con los huéspedes. No había agua caliente, las toallas se ven bastante sencillas y desgastadas, deberían invertirle más a las amenidades de baño ya que los dispensadores que me tocaron estaban en malas condiciones y no dan un buen aspecto. La alberca es linda y el hotel está en buena ubicación, ojalá tomen a consideración todo lo demás ya que por el precio esperaría algo distinto a diferencia de los demás.
