Property was very clean which is what we were focused on. They also have the 24hr vacancy in between stays. It was unfortunate that we were charged $20.00 for parking even though the parking lot was practically empty due to Covid. They need to keep this in mind - offer free parking and you will get many more guests wanting to stay.

Outstanding service and quick.
It was pretty good considering it is pandemic. Front desk service phenomena. I dont know her name but she is very friendly. Would definitely go back. Location was good. About 10 min walk from Clifton hill and there is a convenience store across.

Great Service but Hotel needs to be updated.
This was our first time staying in the Hot Tub suite. The suite is very nice and spacious but the bed and couch needs a update. We also had a slight issue with the cleanliness of the room and really hope they took us seriously when bringing it up. The Tub was nice though. Overall very friendly staff.

Due to COVID, we got a good rate on the room. Plus the service desk not only answered our additional requests for a King bed and a fridge but they upgraded us to a far superior room with Jacuzzi. Customer service was very good. Some of the furniture was a bit weathered and the TV was somewhat small but, all in all, we were quite pleased.
