Good stay in a confortable apartement
Clean apartment, large shower, very comfortable. We slept very well, beds with good mattresses. Kitchen accessories are enough for a short or medium stay. No key needed for the apartment access : no risk to lose it, and more independance to each of the residents.

A very comfortable room with a lot of space. It is very convenient to have a kitchen, washing machine, clothes rail, and vacuum cleaner attached to the room! There are supermarkets and izakaya nearby! Two double beds, perfect for a family of four!

Deluxe room
Check in was very easy. Staff is also available on call which helps for later check ins. Deluxe room was very nice and clean. It was big enough for a group of 6 guys although there is only one bathroom in the room. There is another bathroom in the lobby. Shower is spacious and there is a washer/dryer combined unit. Very pleasant experience! Will definitely want to stay again in the future! Staff is also available for chatting and they even helped me do some research for nice places to visit!

Checking in was easy, slight issue with the key, but technology can fail sometimes, we were issued with a physical key very quickly. Room was good size for our family of 4, some of the extra bedding mats were stained and there was no linen for the extra bed, maybe it was at an extra cost, but it wasn’t clear even though we had booked for 4 people. Very close to Iriya station and short walk to Asakusa. The local supermarket Inageya is very nice, great for picking up meals and snacks. Overall great place to stay!

Pros: Hotel is spacious. It is a 1 unit studio apartment. If you are travelling with family, this hotel is a good choice. We like that it is equipped with a washer and a mini stove with pots and pans. very nice set up , safe and quiet too. Cons: not very close to bus stops and train stations.The distance is walkable, but if you have small kids in tow, it can be a challenge.

5 adults (My husband and 3 adults children were stayed ) stayed 4night at the hotel. We love it! Akari's room is super clean and cozy. My favorite was laundry machine with free detergent. It takes only 5mints from subway Iriya station to Akari. Convenience store、drug store, grocery store, 100yen store near by the hotel. We are recommend the hotel!

It was around popular restaurants, and sightly busy streets, but was mostly next to other apartment-like structures. Responses from staff for extra toilet paper/towels were met by email and was responded immediately in 20 minutes. Had a nice check-in area to drop off bags day of to be locked in, until the check in time of 3PM. Beds were comfortable and the shows were a plus. Hotels used a code instead of a key to log in, it was helpful with multiple people sharing the room. Balcony was spacious, looking down at the people below to the streets. 5 min away from 7/11. Alot of us didn't want to leave.

The building is around 5min walk from a metro station and it is quite convenient. There are several restaurants and food / convenience stores nearby. The location is quite good. As a service apartment, there is only very limited additional service offered. It is not a problem if you don't stay a long period of time or you don't mind washing clothes by yourself etc. One issue is that the sound proof of the building seems not very good because I heard heavy noise of walking and jumping from the room above over my 4 nights of stay. Overall, it is a decent option for a family to stay in Tokyo.

Property was ok however i feel it was overpriced when compared with other hotel we stayed at which was same price but more luxurious and provided much more and breakfast. I was disappointed that we didnt even have a tea towel to dry dishes, broom no where to be seen and the sink and shower kept blocking and over flowing. I dont think i would return.

We found garbage of someone sick on the balcony... The overall cleaness could be better. That killed our expectations to what we looked for. They compensated us we a late check in. The lack of soundproofing, we had a family upstaire the first night walking loud and making noise with chairs and table. We called the concierge and the second night was better. Checkout time could be at 11h am.

Fantastic room but weird service
This great room in the heart of Ueno district made it easy to get around. It was spacious and comfortable with kitchen and washing machine making it very handy. However the reception was unmanned. The only way to speak to a person was voice call on a tablet. We arrived a bit before check-in time and were told that there was nowhere to store suitcases. This information was not conveyed in the check-in info I had received. After much backwards and forwards about the lack of lockers large enough for suitcases at Iriya station, a staff member came to tell us that our room was ready and we could check in.
