Great location, a FamilyMart is just a minute walk away from the hotel and the Kamata train station is about a ten minute walk. Super convenient and area is relatively quiet. Communication with customer service was okay, at times they would send late responses or fail to address a previous question/concern, but overall good. The cleanliness of our suite was not good. The table looked like it had not been wiped down from the previous guests, there was dust accumulated on some areas of the bedframe, the behind-the-mirror storage was very dirty, and we found patches of mold on the ceiling inside the shower room.

We stayed for one night after a late flight in and it met the expectations for that. Compared to other Minn properties though, the rooms were very small, to the point that we didn't know where to out our luggage! Luckily there was an issue with our family room and we were given two bunk rooms instead (which worked out perfectly for us to ensure we had our first night in Japan with good sleep). Otherwise it was a clean property, modern and easy to access for what we needed. Thanks again!

Excellent accommodations for large family
Wow, this place is a hidden gem! We had a 16-hour layover (arrived at midnight) and it was super easy to get to from Haneda Airport via Uber. The price was also really reasonable, less than comparable hotels, offering so much more! The check-in was quick and painless, and it even accommodated our whole family of 6, so we didn’t need multiple rooms. It was spacious enough for us, had a kitchenette, and even a washing machine! We would definitely stay here again. Just a small wish that checkout was noon (even 11 would have been better than 10), but not a biggie. It’s an excellent choice for a large family! 👏
