What a major disappointment!!!! To the few that were polite, respectful and care about customer service, you are amazing, and we thank you for all you did to make up for the majority that didn't care or even tried.

The Worse!!!
The customer service provided by everyone else besides the few mentioned. Seems like your servers and host/hostess goals is to sell you a reservation to Tavola instead of helping you with your meals and drinks, and they are terrible at both (serving and selling).
The Nickelodeon Shop: the good quality of your products are represented but the prices are just an insult to ones intelligence. $180 US Dollars for two plushies, it’s just absurd. I really enjoyed how the cashier pointed at some plushies while telling me “those are cheaper if that’s what you want”. Ironically, I ended up buying the golden pineapple tumbler for my son, overpriced, but still more reasonable to explain its value over a plushie.
