Villa Faltona is located in Borgo San Lorenzo, Tuscany. This vacation

Layout

Beautiful villa (320 m2) on the green hills rich in woods to the north

of Florence, near the Mugello valley. The area is rich in woods for

relaxing walks and interesting nature trails. In the nearby lake of

Bilancino (km 11.5) possibility of bathing, small equipped beaches, and

sporting and sailing activities. The Villa is located on a hill

surrounded by woods in a very quiet and with total privacy and is

surrounded by 3.5 ha of land, with large lawns and a chestnut grove. At

100 meters from the Villa, on the top of the hill in a panoramic

position, there is a swimming pool. The villa is surrounded by terraces

and a pergola, ideal for outdoor dining. Barbecue. Parking in the

property. On the ground floor: an A/C living room with fireplace, a

dining area open to living room, a kitchen/dining room area with access

to the terrace with pergola equipped for outdoor dining. There is also

1 twin bedroom (with additional 3rd single bed if required) with

ceiling fan, with ensuite bathroom with bath and shower, and direct

access to the outside; 2 twin bedrooms with ceiling fan, and with

access to a common terrace (10 m2); 2 family bathrooms with baths, 2

twin bedrooms with A/C; and 1 family bathroom with shower. From the

living room, a wooden staircase leads you onto the first floor. On this

floor, there is a 'mezzanine' with a small kids play area open in the

living room. There is also 1 double bedroom with A/C, and 1 family

bathroom with a shower. On the lower floor, there are some closed rooms

and a small apartment where the housekeepers live (2 people) in case

you need any assistance.

The air conditioned kitchen features: full oven, cooking hob,

SECURITY DEPOSIT

If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25

years of

age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before

arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon

inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages

or additional cleaning required.
