My stay

The hotel is decent . The breakfast isn’t great so if thats one of the reasons you’re looking to stay please don’t it’s terrible 😞. The pool is excellent. As far as service goes I don’t require a lot but fresh towels but it was always a long wait to get them even when there were carts in the hallway. My room didn’t seem like it was mopped or dusted.

Overall our stay was pretty good! The main thing my husband & I didn't like, was the fact that the hot water went out pretty fast & the water pressure in the shower was very weak! We had a hot tub room, but the water wouldn't get hot enough to really enjoy it. Other than that, the room was very clean! We would definitely stay here again if we come back.

We stayed 4 nights Sunday-Thursday had to wait for the until Tuesday to get new towels due to their policy which is weird. On the site it showed that were supposed to be by the beach but ended up at another site 5 minutes away from the beach.The lady hosting breakfast is very rude, I get that it gets busy but be mindful to hold your composure and continue to give great customer service. Other than that everything else was good. It’s not a bad hotel. I would still book.

Hotel was clean and staff at front desk was friendly and professional. If you are going to the beach on a busy weekend it isn't worth waiting in the traffic. You can walk the draw bridge however there are alot of people who do that. The only few complaints I have is the water pressure is very low, the walls are very thin you can hear everything 👀, and the lady that works at the breakfest area isn't friendly at all and was taking everything up at 9:05 because they close at 9:30. You expect not to make full batches of anything but to trmove the items early isn't right. Plus, just rude.

I did enjoy my stay. It was a good time there were a few things broken in the bathroom before we got There and a dirty hand towel on the wrack to. The outlet on the right side of The bed did not work . So I was upset about that but overall I liked my experience oh also when you get breakfast there is a older black women who is a bit rude when you come down to eat she is the cook I guess but she was a little tense
