Quality Stay
Lots of staff at the hotel, all at the ready to assist you. Liked that in this day and age, where you don't always get great servicing of your room at some hotels that was not the case here as they cleaned everyday, changed towels everyday, and provided turn down service everyday. My only complaint was the outdoor terrace off the lounge allowed for smoke to permeate through the lounge and down to the lobby at times.

All the people we met in London were really polite, but the best of all were the hotel staff: Concierge, bar, restaurant, reception, rooms.
