This is an old hotel with very poor maintenance. The fact that is being renovated does not mean it should be dirty, and it was, walls, carpets, corridor. They checked us in, but the room was not ready. It took them 45 additional minutes to fix us a room because personnel wasn't available.

Terrible condition. Parts of the hotel were under renovation and frankly the whole place needs it desperately. Supposed to be kitchen facilities in the room - tap in the sink wouldn’t turn off. Microwave switch broken. Water leaked all over the floor from the shower. Light switches in the room intermittently didn’t work. Thank heavens the bed was comfortable. But really not worth the cost.

Fue una buena experiencia, el personal amable, me gustó mucho la alberca climatizada, te permiten estar hasta las 9 de la noche. Las instalaciones un poco viejas. Sien embargo bastante aceptables. Me volvería a hospedar. Si queda lejos del centro casi llegando a Ramos Arizpe. La comida está demasiado condimentada. No tienen alimentos ligeros por la noche. Consejo : hay que comprar algo de cena antes de llegar al hotel. Todo esta muy lejos.

Lo bueno: Las recepcionistas excelente. Muy serviciales y atentas. Igualmente el personal del restaurante. La alberca también excelente. Climatizada. Lo malo: la habitación tenía pastillas en el piso, las vimos al mover un taburete. Cualquiera con niños pequeños representaría un riesgo enorme. Y peor, no se nos realizó el servicio de limpieza por alguna razón. La recepcionista fue quien nos resolvió El hotel promociona transporte, pero eso es mentira. Según debes programarlo con 48h de anticipación y todavía requiere confirmación del chófer. Si me volvería a quedar

Las fotos de la alberca en la página tiene truco es una alberca muy pequeña que estaba llenísima no proporcionaron ni una silla para poner las cosas que porque no avía en recepción solo hay una chica que la tiene que hacer de todo contestar el teléfono que solo lo hacía para decir permítame un momento y dejaba colgados la persona que llamaba y en el tiempo que estuve haciendo fila 30 min aprox dejo colgados a varios y no por gusto es demasiado trabajo para una persona además también entregaba las toallas para la alberca que por cierto era otro proceso porque tenías que dejar una identificación te hacían una nota y que tenías que traer junto con las toallas de regreso para darte tu ine eso algunas cosas que no me convencen de volver
