Comfortable, convenient, and an excellent value.
This was a one-night stopover. For the price, I couldn’t have asked for a cozier or friendlier place to sleep off my jetlag. I arrived around 1pm but was able to check in right away and received help getting my bag up the stairs. Yes, the single room was small, but it was spotless and had everything I needed - wifi, tv, kettle, ensuite with shower, blackout blinds, convenient outlets to charge devices. I also appreciated that they sold instant noodles and porridge and other snacks in the lobby. The staff were kind and welcoming. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Affordable small room in a good location!
Very functional and exactly what we needed. Located across the street from St. Pancras and close to restaurants and public transportation. The room was pretty small but clean and worked well for our needs. The shower was a generous size and there was plenty of hot water. I appreciated how affordable our stay was and there was ample room for luggage storage after we checked out! Only detraction: there are no lifts and the stairwells are narrow so maneuvering with our luggage was a bit of a struggle.

Nice little hotel
A friendly welcome. The property was newly decorated and very clean and tidy. The room was small but perfectly adequate and very good value for money. Ideal for Eurostar departure as only a few minutes walk from St Pancras.

Better to Spend More for a Different Hotel
The room feels too small for the price I paid. I was traveling alone, but if I put my suitcase on the floor, there was barely any space to walk. It also didn’t seem like the cleaning was done daily. The hot water worked well, but I kept waking up at night because of coughing sounds from other rooms and the noise from garbage trucks outside

Good.
The hotel is very conveniently located across from St. Pancras station/Kings Cross underground making it very easy if you have luggage and need/or need to travel elsewhere. It is a busy area in general and found that on the Friday evening that I was there it didn't really quite down until well after midnight so bringing ear plugs wouldn't go amiss. I had a small single room with ensuite which suited my needs for one night. The staff were friendly, although I didn't have any issues that needed attention. I would stay again.

Good hotel close to station
This was our second time to stay here. Both stays were wonderful. Besides the convenience of being so close to St.Pancreass Kings Cross this property is clean! Take note, the rooms are small and there isn't an elevator. They were willing to help with our bag, but we didn't need it. If you keep those things in mind you will have a lovely stay.
