Conveniently located in Shibuya on a shopping and eating/drinking side of the area. A bit outside of the busy streets yet closed enough to reach anywhere with ease. Expecting old Japanese business hotel style and you will get it. No fancy stuff here but all essentials well provided.

Great location but needs a makeover renovation
Great fantastic location, service was great but l found room we stayed in old, dirty, carpet needs vacuuming, asked for extra pillows - pillow slips were yellow, grey. Scruff marks on walks, and some mould in the bathroom. Mission brown furniture & carpet was unappealing. Can't adjust heating temperature however lucky we could open the window to cool down. Other positive - tv had English speaking channels.
