We were very excited for our stay in Vienna! This apartment has the potential to be something great!…however it is concerning when the door to the building is left wide open…and the back door…and there are multiple smashed windows on the way and in the property. They advertise free wifi… lies. There is no hot water to wash your dishes and there are no tablets provided for the dishwasher. Needs a good deep clean of the property. You can tell that the pictures listed were taken a while ago… Not too sure if the bed covers were even clean before we arrived.

What should be clear about this place is that it is not a hotel, rather than an old beautiful house, but it has not been ronoviert in a proper way and left unmaintained..There is no reception, the communication is only through wahtsapp.an dhoenstly they were helpful. But can you imagine I had to take my two piece 60 kg luggage on the stairs for two floors as there is no elevator. Had to ask for new sheets.. But the funny thing is that by check up they refuse to keep my bags for me for couple of hours, what we usually do in hotels and I had to carry them for a starage place.. What a pity.. Hot water is another funny story there really.. And not to mention that it is not quiet clean although cleaning people are working.. Don't want to be disrespectful but it is not worth this amount unfortunately..can be better indeed.. The house is a traditional house but needs a lot of maintainace to be presented as hotel apartment. Thank you

Also ich würde leider jeden von dieser Unterkunft abraten. Auch wenn es günstig ist, sollte man dennoch einen minimalen Standard haben.
Gerne ein paar Beispiele:
-> In meinem Zimmer gab es keinen Lichtschalter - man konnte den Kabelkanal sehen
-> klebriger Fußboden - ich frage mich, wann dieser zuletzt geputzt wurde. Generell wurde Sauberkeit nicht besonders groß geschrieben.
-> Wasser gab es nur in kochend oder kalt, da der Boiler noch mit Feuer betrieben wird.
-> Haustüre aus Holz komplett morsch. Sicher fühlt man sich nicht wirklich.
-> Lärm. Vor der Tür ist eine riesige Baustelle, wo um 6:00 Uhr gestartet wird. Zumindest ein Hinweis darauf wäre nett gewesen
