our family of six stayed in two rooms for the world cup. The pictures undersell how nice the property is. The rooms are large and comfy. the property is safe and externally locked by code. the pool is super relaxing and comfortable. it was also well maintained and friendly. really happy with our stay and much better than we would have ever guessed

Absolutely phenomenal "feel" to the property. Lobby, common areas, rooms all have charm. Friendly and rapidly helpful staff. Perfect location for Barrio Antiguo, Santa Lucia, rest of Centro. Clean. Comfortable. However, internet speed quite sporadic and toilet paper holder awkward (obviously a very minor quibble). Nevertheless, beyond impressive.

Nice stay right in the heart of Barrio Antiguo. Our room was clean and spacious and the staff were helpful. Our stay included a Friday and Saturday night and there's a club across the street that is open very late on those nights. We enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere and the noise of local life!

Muy mal la recepción, tienen 3 hoteles y dicen que es error de Expedia u hoteles.com cuando al final te acomodan en el que tengan lugar, nos quedamos 2 noches y no hicieron limpieza. La ubicación de santa lucia es muy buena y las habitaciones aceptables pero la experiencia del check inn lamentable.

Todo estuvo muy bien y bien atendidos, la situación del municipio en el Barrio Antiguo puso en riesgo el suministro de energía eléctrica , sin embargo nos movieron a otro hotel sin esfuerzo de parte del huesped, todo lo gestionó la administración.
