It was very difficult getting access to the property. I arrived in late afternoon having only hooked that morning. I was not able to get the access codes for the main door or the apartment door until several hours later.
Once communication was established, eventually, they were very helpful and attentive!
I think I would stay again if planned properly but it is certainly not a last minute stay

Difficult check in, incredibly dangerous staircase. So unsafe you cant even fit a standard ayitcase up ans down the stairs.
Dont excpect to sleep for longer than 1 hour at a time with no aircon. It was justas expensive as the W hotel eith half the comport. It was clean, but if stumble down the staor case or slip over and break tour head trying to get in or out of the sheoer due to no hand rail or grip mat, there will be quite a mess. A compelte rip of and misguided reservation

Terrible experience at check in. Kept waiting for the email outside the apartment for an hour. Called 25 times but no one picks up. Their WhatsApp is a bot with no ability to respond and there isn’t any WhatsApp number to call. Finally got a landline number from Expedia where after 30 tries got through who then sent an email with access code.
DO NOT recommend this property AT ALL!!

BEWARE OF ROACHES!
Hotel is located inside a dirty alley and the lobby was filled with trash. People were smoking and gathering right outside of the window. The stairs are EXTREMELY narrow and steep, pictures don't show how dangerous the interior staircase is in the apartment.
We informed the hotel that there was both trash and roach traps in the room, that we have asthma and people were smoking outside the window, and that we had a mobility issue and the stairs were unsafe.
They REFUSED to move us to another room that was confirmed available without charging us an additional 200% or for that same overcharge, having us move across town with all of our luggage to another hotel.
We spoke to customer service for HOURS. Instead of moving us to an available room that was cleaner and unbooked for free due to the rooms being roach infested, they tried to charge 200% of the nightly rate. Due to paying for concert tickets and unable to move elsewhere before, we had to stay the night at this terrible place.
After not being able to sleep because we were watching to ensure a roach that was crawling around frantickly on the ceiling didn't land on our heads at night, we booked another hotel at 4 am and got out of there missing part of our vacation day waiting to check in at the new hotel!
Save your money and sanity! This place opened a WEEK before our arrival and is already disgusting and infested. After all this we still had to fight to finally get our refund for this property.
