place is newly built so everything is clean and new. we stayed there for one night. the place had all the things needed including a washer and dryer which was a bonus.
because it felt like it was a brand new place a few things weren’t quite clear.
instructions weren’t clear to get into the building or to the suite from the parking area.
the instructions said to park on the road and go into registration area to get parking pass. all she needed was my name which felt like i could have done over the phone.
checking in at 10pm at night was dark so signage to the reception area wasn’t very clear where to go. once we got there we asked abou EV parking and the receptionist wasn’t sure if they had it available.
turns out the were installed but not working yet. we spent almost 10 min. in the parking area trying to get it wo work and leaving because i don’t think it was fully installed yet.
once going into the building from parking the signage wasn’t clear as to where to go. i would suggest putting up clear signage so guests are aware of directions. we finally figured it out.
once we got into the room it was clean and perfect for a short stay. heating:cooling of the room was hard to figure out too. also no indication of what the wifi was etc.
overall place is great location for what we needed to stay close to the enrcare to avoid morning traffic the next day. downside is that everything is so brand new that the kinks still need to be ironed out for it to be perfect
