Good location, but distance from Shibuya Station can be a challenge especially you're going uphill with your luggage on cobblestone. Difficult if you're traveling with children. Friendly staff. Restaurants and mini marts in the area. Name brand stores in the area.

This places was perfect in terms of location very close to shibuya crossing like an 8 minute walk. I enjoyed staying here we even booked an extra night here. the only con is that the rooms are very small, but that is anywhere in tokyo. Breakfast was good always looked forward to the fluffy bread. My 1st time in Tokyo and I definitely picked the right hotel. It’s a 5/10 walk from the 109 building and scramble square. The train station is also about the same distance. A lot of the bars and restaurants speak some English.
