Very out dated. A/C was out in the entire hotel. Pool was filthy. Only saw 2 other guests while we were there. The 2 restaurants that deliver to the hotel were closed all weekend. Very disappointed. Rooms smelled. Refrigerator did not work.

Unbelievable...in the worst way We arrived late at night en route from Texas headed to Florida. Had it been any earlier we would have demanded a refund. We arrived at 10pm. Check in was fine. We had to park ourselves for $12..again no big deal. We were assigned room 1422. The bathroom. Oh my gosh where do I start. I went to use the restroom and noticed the filthy urine steaks down the toilet. When I flushed, something out of a horror movie came with the water when refilling the toilet water. I don’t know any other way to explain what it was other than weird red looking blood clots or red algae coming out. Then the tub/shower...filthy. Rusted. Looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. When we started the shower, brown water came out. I’ve never been so disgusted in my life nor felt so filthy inside a hotel room. I’m not one to leave bad reviews, yet I would have appreciated someone’s honest assessment of their experience. Do NOT stay here. There’s plenty of other places to spend your money and not feel like you contracted cornonavirus inside the room.

My daughter had surgery at the hospital downtown. Her father and I got two separate rooms. Initially I had a good impression. The young man that checked us in was extremely kind and professional. I wish I had gotten his name. Beyond that everything was awful. The elevators are so old they scared my 16 year old terribly. Got to my room, and it was so hot. Thermostat was set at 64. It had to be well over 80! My daughter’s dad’s room was the exact same. Called front desk, nice guy working gave us each a new room. Same thing hot as heck. Comforter looked like it had blood on it. Tried to buy bottled water. 11th floor wouldn’t work. Went down to the next floor. Picked water got Sunkist. Next floor wouldn’t work. Next floor it took my money and got nothing. The next floor, hit water got Diet Pepsi. Worst experience ever! I’ve stayed in a LOT of hotels.

Good customer service but horrible rooms

Let me start by saying the customer service was amazing! From the general manager to the front desk clerk to the engineering guy everyone was super nice! Checking in was a nightmare! Was on hold for an hour and 20 minutes trying to get the room paid for by Hotels.com. Ended up leaving the hotel asking for a refund. Finally a representative from Hotels.com called me and informed me that the hotel was going to honor my reservation and offered me a voucher for all of my trouble. When got in my room I noticed tape over the inside of the door frame where it’s supposed to lock. I thought that was strange and scary like why would there be tape over the whole so that I can’t lock my door. I called the front desk and they didn’t know why it was there. I removed the tape and locked the door. The next morning I walked out the room and closed the door and the entire handle fell off! I called the front desk to Inform them and they switched my room with no problem. Well in the new room there was a water bottle under the bed and an arm floaty left behind from the previous guest and the shower head sprayed onto the ceiling leaking back down into the shower! I was too tired from working all day to switch rooms again so I cleaned up the left over mess and took a short shower!
