Excellent option when in Venice. Perfect location, room was clean and big, I'd totally stay here again. Besides it, Mr. Piero is a helpful and lovely person. If you are looking for a good place to stay and at a good price in the heart of Venice, you've found it.

Pere was a wonderful host! He helped with checking in, explaining the area and giving suggestions. He has a wonderful heart in making you feel welcome. I really enjoyed feeling safe and comfortable as I came and went from the house.

terrible vacation
Very hot room, no air condition, only an small fan in the room. No breakfast, while the breakfast is included in my reservation . No shampoo for the hair, told us that we can use the hand soap for the hair. I don't like't.

Descent stay
The location was great and check in process was fast. However, when we got into our room there was a distinct smell. Smelled like old place(incense). The washroom was big but the shower head can use some fixing. When I booked the room, it says it has free breakfast but actually they didn't serve breakfast at all. They have coffee and tea though for the guests.
