HORRIBLE RECEPTION SERVICE
When we arrive the attention and service at the reception was the worst in traveling life.
The AM lady at the reception has such a TERRIBLE attitude, with a very negative and bad service.
The lady in the afternoon was the opposite, very kind friendly and respectful. The guy at the bar was very good.
Breakfast is bad. Please is not clean.

Bad
This hotel moved me to a different hotel 36 hours before arrival and notified me via Email which is understandable not to check so often on vacation. I had already paid for Parking near the old area and picked the hotel based on its location. The new hotel was on the other side of town. No compensation was given.

Clean, cheap and friendly!
This was a great place to stay. Staff friendly, allowed you to use padlock and printer free of charge. I stayed in a female dorm but will still had our own toilet and spotless bathroom. Close to the metro station. Would definitely recommend!

You get what you pay for
We don’t usually stay at youth hostels so we can’t comment on the standard of this hostel compared to others. I felt uncomfortable using the sheets or towels that the hostel was charging for, and I was thankful to have brought my own. There was a questionable stain on the plastic mattress that I tried to avoid, whichmade sleeling uncomfortable. We had a private bathroom which was very clean, so that was good. The bins were emptied daily and the staff were kind. I think this hostel would be much better suited to people looking for a more social trip.

Great Location, Lots of facilities but
Impressed with how well kept the hostel was my first impression when I checked in. The location was great as well it's close enough to stores, train and bus stops. The free breakfast are really delicious as well.
I was just not a fan of the kitchen only opened for 5pm to 10 pm. It's just that I can't buy food and store it The laundry with only 1 laundry machine and 1 dryer.

House of theft! A breeding ground for crime!
House of theft! I locked my valuables in the locker in my room which has 4 beds. Someone broke my lock and stole my cash and passport. I was screwed but the staff in the hostel did not do anything. There was even no security camera which meant thieves can just walk out of the door without being seen. The police in brussels did not do anything too. Crazy!

cold showers and smoke
The location and the staff were nice but that was about it. There was not hot water for showers, the bed sheets were so thin I could feel the vinyl matress underneath stick to my skin and the room smelled like smoke. Also there were only 2 lockers in the room for 4 people.
