6/10 Good

Good location but poor quality
The pictures are better than the experience. I wont stay here again.
2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Very clean, friendly staff close to everything
Melinda, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Great three nights in a friendly environment. The room was good and the air conditioning was working well in the middle of a hot spell in London. Plenty of places to eat and easy for transport.
Neil, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

Good location
Good location especially for the City and reasonable value for money given extortionate price of hotels at this time of year. Room could have done with a more thorough cleaning - quite a lot of dust on surfaces and lightbulbs. Service mostly friendly and efficient but the male receptionist was somewhat sullen but everyone can have a bad day I suppose
Stephen, 2-night trip

Clean, comfortable, good location.

Hotel was clean and comfortable - jacuzzi bath was amazing after a long day on my feet at a conference

2/10 Poor

Moldy smell.
We left the room as soon as we came in. Unclean, moldy and they had covered to that by spraying it with detergent. We asked for refund since we weren’t to keen on having our daughter sleep there but was turned down. Ended up staying at Hilton and paying for 2 hotels instead.
johan, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

Clean and quiet.
Philip, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

I thought this was a good bargain for the location. The beds are a bit hard and the price of breakfast was little high but overall would stay again
Christina, 10-night trip

6/10 Good

It's a good hotel, clean, staff is friendly. Bathroom is too tight, had to use toilet and shower. My partner says lighting is poor for makeup. Location is central to everything. Overall great place to stay. I would recommend this hotel to others.
Paul, 3-night trip

6/10 Good

It was okay
The room looked nice on first arrival. The air con did not work (the windows were open - should’ve guessed), there were no USB charger points so had to got to Boots to buy a plug adapter. Someone else’s hair on one of the pillows on arrival when I checked the room out. Front desk were very friendly though.
Trevor, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

The room was nice and the staff were excellent. The common areas could definitely use an update, though. Altogether I thought the place a bit expensive for what you get, but a good hotel overall.
Bryn, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Great location for us and reasonable price.
The hotel was in a really good location for what we wanted to do... food and drink! The room was quiet, but we did get road noise in the morning. The curtains let in quite a lot of light too, so we were up early. The reception staff were very friendly and even offered my husband an umbrella as it was tipping it down outside.
Samantha, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

I heard it’s four star hotel, but in terms of services, I think three star is enough.
Kurumi, 7-night trip

8/10 Very good

A bit expensive for what it is
I stayed 2 nights. The staff is friendly and helpful. However the room and amenities are rather average, especially for this level of price. I would have expected more.
2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Excellent cleanliness, friendly staff, comfortable bed, new bathrooms. Upon closer look, it’s not as nice as the photos (e.g. the carpet & baseboards, and the curtains were a bit broken). Overall good stay though so would recommend :)
Shannon, 6-night trip

Amazing and friendly staff members. Everyone was very helpful. Was soo clean and they are respect of the DND signs!
Lucy, 2-night trip

4/10 Fair

Over priced and under whelming No bar no breakfast area Worst shower ever
William, 1-night trip

4/10 Fair

Misserable staff
Boone present at check8n desk at areival. Waited 10 mins for aomeone to arrive. Rude and indifferent staff.
Lloyd, 3-night trip

4/10 Fair

Needs a makeover. Dark, smelly and grungy.
The hotel is old and smell of old carpet. The room was dark and the automatic lights kept turning on and off at every movement, which was extremely annoying. Hallway was dark and grungy and creepy. Overall this hotel needs a makeover.
5-night trip

2/10 Poor

The bathroom was OK and the staff was friendly. The curtains wouldn’t close for privacy, water stain in the corner of the ceiling. The remote control was filthy and hallways were very dark and uninviting. The shampoo bottles were the smallest I’ve ever seen etc.
