We checked out an hour after we checked in, just couldn’t stay there. Our room was on the 3rd floor, meaning up four flights, and there was no elevator. The stairs are narrow, worn, and with small steps. Lugging our luggage up was quite difficult, and we both tripped and narrowly avoided a bad fall. The room itself was small with twin beds ( even though we booked a double bed), and there was no WiFi in the room, only in the stairwell and tiny lobby. That was the final straw for us as we had business to tend to which required WiFi. The location is good, and the receptionist Farouk provided excellent service, but this hotel was a horrible choice for us. Others may find it economical and satisfactory if the stairs and lack of WiFi in the rooms is not an issue.
