Poor
Avoid if possible..
We ending up not staying at all having booked for three nights! 1 - We were given an attic room up five flights of narrow stairs. Very low beam - I'm 1.78 mtrs tall and had to stoop to get in!. 2 - Double room? Smallest "double" bed I've ever seen. The quilt did not even cover all the bed being 15cms too narrow - seriously!! I Should have taken a photo but was too bemused to... 3- Shared bathroom - not what we booked and frankly was poor... 4 - Breakfast was stated as "light" .. An understatement, as very little provided and everything else chargeable.... 5 - Wifi only in downstairs lounge....

Exceptional
Excellent stay.
Really good for the price we paid. Excellent continental breakfast far above average. Pleasant hosts. Found closing our window tricky but Tina came to our room and closed it for us. Just have to know how. Lovely seaview from room. Although close to road we didn't hear the traffic. Might be more noisey during summertime. We parked free in a road just a short distance away. Although you can park outside during certain times we saw traffic wardens at 8:05 booking vehicles just 5 minutes after permitted time so be careful.

Very good
Bed and (forgotten) breakfast...
Stayed for a night. Although my room had a shared bathroom, both my room and the shower room were behind the same door, so it was almost like an en suite. The remote on the TV was a bit funny, but it was usable and the TV worked. The bed wasn't the most comfortable, but I slept OK (partly because I was very tired). I'd hoped for a sea view, but I think you have to specify it, or something. Still, my room was nice and secluded, so I didn't have to worry about any noise pollution. I forgot about breakfast, so I can't comment on that. A pleasant stay.
