The location is really accessible. Just ride from any station in Ginza line heading towards Inaricho station and exit on exit 3. The stay was fair enough for the price which is reasonable for solo travelers. They give free coffee or tea for those who want to stay at the lounge to do their own thing. Definitely a good stay.

Great place to stay with lovely staff
We stayed here for one night as we got a fairly late flight and were leaving to head to the snow the next morning. It is a pretty good location, about a 10 minute walk from Ueno station. And less than a 5 minute walk to find places to eat, 7-11's and other stores. The staff were helpful when checking in and out and even helped us with our bags up to our room. My only criticism was that the bed was clunky and made noises when you turned over as the side of the bed looked like it was loose and some of the slats weren't sitting right. There were also no towels to shower, although being late at night (checked in just before 11 which is the latest you can check in - after 12 hours of flying and a 4 hour layover) there was no staff available to ask. All around a good stay, there was a vending machine at the front too

It was such a negative experience! The beds were tight but I didn’t have an issue with that. The pictures were very nice on the website, but don’t reflect the current upkeep of the hostel. The room was smelly, no cover for the comforter (think about hygiene), the bed was so uncomfortable, the ladder up to the bunk bed seem like it was about to break and let’s talk about the dirty showers! There is a reason for why this hostel is very affordable. It’s not for somebody who values a clean space. If you are just looking for a bed, this might be the place for you!

100% worth the price
The room was small but very clean, the staff was helpful and location convenient. A few of the showers were in a common area but the water pressure was great!! For the cost this hostel was amazing and would definitely recommend it and stay there again. 2 min walk from the closest train station and about 3 mins to many food options and convenience stores

Clean and quite enough space in room. Anyway there is no elevator in the building. I stayed at 5th floor and had heavy baggage, so it needed some work. Also, there is no towels as complimentary, but if you dont have it, you can rent it for 200yen.

セキュリティ、プライバシー、利便性△
チェックイン前に無料で荷物を預かって下さり、部屋まで運んでいただいて大変助かりましたが、4人のドミトリールームにキーもなく置かれている状態でやや不安でした。 ドミトリールームは男女別れておらず、カーテンで仕切られているだけでした。共用部分も狭く、男性がいるためスーツケースを広げづらく不便でした。夜中にホステルに戻ると皆さん寝ておられるので使える灯りはベッドごとの小さな間接照明のみで、余計に荷造りなどしづらかったです。 シャワールームは清潔でしたが隣で大きな物音が続き従業員の方が強めに扉をノックしていたりして少し落ち着きませんでした。 1Fラウンジにはテーブルと椅子があり自由に使えるようでしたが、従業員や関係者と思しき方々がパソコンを広げて談笑されていて近寄りがたい雰囲気がありました。3Fのシャワールームが使用中だったためそのような雰囲気の目の前にある1Fのシャワールームを使わねばならず快適とは言いがたかったです。 宣伝文句にIoTについて書かれていましたがiPadでチェックイン手続きをしたこと以外特に目新しいものは感じませんでした。 従業員の皆さんもお見受けしたところ若く、全体的に清潔でおしゃれな雰囲気ではありましたが、宿としてはもう少しセキュリティやプライバシー、利便性などに留意されたものを期待します。
