Our entire stay the Televisions on property were inop. When I called to ask about compensation for the inconvenience I was told they are unsure. On a snowy evening where my husband I do not want to leave the premises not having a television and no reconciliation was disappointing.

I have also stayed here in the past. This stay was disappointing in room 327. It is not being maintained enough. The tub was very narrow making it difficult to take a shower. The infrastructure (pipes, etc.) were noisy throughout the night. The front side of the hotel is noisy from the busy road out front. Stay in the back. The breakfast was fine. The hotel is on a hill making it a bit of a hassle to park and hike up a long stairway. The second room i reserved for my daughter and son-in-law had a dirty bathroom when we walked in and we had to move to another room on the 5th floor.

Girlfriend visits from Texas and this is the best place for privacy. The staff is very friendly and accommodating; there was a little hiccup in room assignment but Ryan was more than courteous to make up for it. Rooms are clean and comfortable and showers are great. Refrigerators are a little small but still able to hold some drinks and food if needed. Easy access to every type of transportation and plenty of parking even tho it can get crowded between the 2 hotels. Great place to stay

Check in was so pleasant. The gentleman at the desk was so kind and accommodating. And our room was beautiful. It’s the second time I’ve stayed there because I loved the room so much. And this time the front desk staff secured the fact that I will book again!
