We had booked this stay and talked to a woman a couple times before arrival. When we got there, we were surprised to find out that we would not get a key and that they would bring it to us the following day. I don’t know too many hotels that would expect you to either leave your room open or call every time you want to come in and out. We called this lady back upon finding this out and she said we could call this man anytime as many times as we wanted to. While we still disagreed with it, we decided to go out for the evening. Upon our return around 115 130, we started making phone calls to which were not answered. We called both the woman we spoke with originally, and the man that initially let us in. After 9 or 10 phone calls, the man finally answered and let us in. This is very disappointing because number one, we shouldn’t have to call to get into a place that we are paying for. Number two, he was rude because we woke him, How else did he expect us to get in? Do we have a curfew??When we complained to hotels.com, he completely lied and said he was out waiting for us for a half hour, even though we had record of 9 or 10 phone calls that were not answered. The fact that we were expected to leave all of our belongings to someone in an apartment building that we did not know, was very unnerving and unacceptable. And because he lied, hotels.com could not do anything about it even though they seen proof that he was lying. I would not recommend this place!!
