"The bad
1. The rooms are a lot smaller than pictured.
2. There were hairs and particles on the bed letting me know it doesnt get washed. Luckily I always take sheets and blankets.
3. They only provide one key, and the lights in the room and bathroom only function with the key inserted in the small device on the wall. So if someone leaves, with a key, the lights shut off leaving the other person in the dark
4. The surrounding area is not the cleanest
5. There are always women "working" and...

"This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The place is brand new, cozy and modern. The facilities were outstanding! It is as good of a stay as any luxury chain resort.
Getting there was easy enough since they provide their own Makani transportation, 18 min later we were welcomed at the property with a very cold beverage. We were upgraded on the pool chairs since the place was not busy and our room wasn’t ready

"This was an amazing stay! The room was just as described and the property was so charming! Everyone was helpful and had recommendations. If I had questions, they had answers. I’d recommend this place to anyone visiting Cartagena because it is extremely safe, even right next to all of the action of the city. I can’t think of a single complaint! All of the attractions are near by, plethora of restaurants, and the
